We're an eclectic mix of media, technology, and arts professionals who have a passion for unlocking the creative potential in kids . ODAEP instructors are leaders across their respective industries and are exceptional at delivering innovative content to students across elementary, middle, and high school programs.



Khalilah A. Webster



Executive Director, Co-Founder



Khalilah Angela Webster is a tireless advocate for arts education, entrepreneurship, and media literacy opportunities for young adults across NYC. Through her leadership ODAEP has become a leading education enrichment service provider delivering unique programs (Technology, Entrepreneurship, Arts, & Media) to more than 70 schools nationwide.



D. Bernard Webster



Chair/ Education Programs, Co-Founder



D. Bernard Webster is an artist, educator, entrepreneur, who has trained more than 25,000 entrepreneurs and received (2) Congressional Tec Champion Awards. In 2008 Webster launched ODAEP with the belief that arts, technology, and media education in schools are under-utilized vehicles for inspiring disruptive innovation in the mindset of 21st century learners.



Sydney Holt



Program Manager



Sydney Holt is an experienced marketing professional who has worked with startups, small businesses, corporations as a brand consultant for over 5 years. She holds an MBA/ MS degrees in Global Innovation and Innovation and Entrepreneurship respectively and has been with the ODAEP team since relocating to Brooklyn in 2023.



Kimberly Gustus



Dance Choreographer/Creative Director



Kimberly Gustus is a Licensed Professional Dance Educator with 17 years of experience in the NYC Board of Education, currently serving as the Arts Office Lead Dance Teacher (Brooklyn South) and founding Dance Educator and Arts Liaison at Pathways in Technology Early College High School. Gustus is also the founder of Kim G Dance Studio in Brooklyn and now operates ImpowHERful Fitness LLC, demonstrating her commitment to dance education and women's wellness beyond the classroom. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Dance Education from Hunter College and a Master's in Arts Administration from Baruch College.

Hala Maroc



Urban Block Party, Co-Host



Hala Maroc is a multimedia personality, serial entrepreneur, culture curator, artist and wellness advocate. She owns #ontheblockwithhalamaroc, a full-service digital marketing agency servicing small businesses, influencers, artists, and creatives. She also has a wellness shop called #badassbootcamp promoting self care and empowerment with events, workshops, collaborations with local and top brands, content, and more.



Terrell "DJ RellyRell" Roberts



Urban Block Party, Co-Host/DJ



DJ RellyRell is an Artist, Music Producer, Radio/Television Personality, A&R & DJ who has been a featured on Hot 97 (NYC), Hot 93.7 (CT), SiriusXM Shade45 & BET 106 & Park. His production catalog ranges from Fabolous, Kehlani, Joey Bada$$ to licensing placements in BET's Tales, EA Sport NBA Live & Complex to name a few. Touring as a DJ in over 20 countries DJ RellyRell's presence has been felt on stage at numerous iconic venues & festivals worldwide.

In 2018 Rell founded full service production company, Most DisrUPtive, which specializes in music publishing, film, artist development & design.



Godfrey Moye



Lead Boys Mentor



Godfrey speaks to youth and young adults in a conversational manner that gets them quickly engaged and involved in each topic. He speaks to them on their level, and never with a condescending tone. Godfrey has an Associate of Arts degree in Business from the University of Phoenix, where he is also pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship. As an actor, Godfrey has appeared in over 25 national commercials, including spots for McDonald’s and AT&T. He has also played numerous roles in hit television shows, such as How I Met Your Mother, Southland, and Cold Case. Godfrey knows how blessed he is to have the opportunity to fulfill his dreams as an actor, singer, dancer, and encourager.



Anthony Gray



Outreach Coordinator



Anthony Gray is a highly motivated professional that specializes in strategic marketing plans for 21st century consumers. He has 6 years plus of practical hands on experience as a marketer and manager producing results for clients. In addition communication is his passion. He firmly believes in fully understanding customer needs in order to achieve complete customer satisfaction.



Anthony Clarke



Advisory Board Member/ Director of STEM Programs



Anthony Clarke brings more than 20 years experience as a technologist and product development manager and is a Professor at the NYU Tandon School of Engineering. He is an expert in STEM Education and value engineering processes that allow students to make real-world connections to science and technology at work in their everyday lives.



Coach Ted Gustus Jr.



Advisory Board Member/Young Men's Mentoring Initiatives



Legendary basketball coach and educator Ted Gustus, Jr. has worked in some of the most challenging schools in communities in New York City for over 40 years. Despite having to overcome his own personal obstacles and tragedies in life, he has accomplished his goals by transforming boys into men through applying his 12 Step Mentoring Game Plan called "One Breath."

Von Middleton



Performing Artist/ Photography



Von Middleton is an entrepreneur and recording artist whose first independent release soared to number 1 for independent online music. Von is a regular performer for ODAEP's Urban Block Party.



Tanya Velardo



Photographer



Tanya Velardo is a photographer, storyteller and communicator at volunteer training programs. Tanya is passionate about not just capturing a photo but communicating a story through her artwork. Her photography has been featured in Ebony magazine and Harlem Fashion Week. Tanya has partnered with ODAEP to document its public school partners across NY
